Serena Johnson is the Co-Founder and Director of Conscious Youth C.I.C., an award-winning, youth-led social enterprise based in Kirklees. Conscious Youth is dedicated to challenging inequalities and empowering young people aged 12–25 to become creators rather than consumers. An Alumni of the Operation Black Vote Parliamentary Leadership Programme, Serena has played a significant role in youth and community development for over 15 years – helping to shape policy and innovative programmes that have supported over 5,000 young people across the region.
